My PC is running games slowly

Hello,
my pc configuration is intel(R)core(TM)2 quad cpu Q9300 @2.50GHZ @2.49GHZ RAM 4GB and my system type is 64opertaing system .
my pc meets the recommended requirement for games as assassins creed black flag and assassins creed revolution and those gamed runs very slowly.
I need a solution please

4 GB of RAM is hardly enough. How much Video RAM do you have? If known, then you are left with under 1 GB of Video Ram, and less than 3 GB for processing!
