Can’t access WeChat

My wechat number is XXXX. I am locked out somehow and nothing works. How do I get back on??

Hi,

You have to visit this link and enter your WeChat ID, select country, put phone number and captcha. You will receive an OTP after clicking on Send Verification Code. Follow the instructions appearing on the screen to complete the procedure of unlocking your account.

thanks for suggestion, I followed the link and it will not send the verification code freezes there

I tried the link and it will not open. Just flashes. Should I just open a new account. This is frustrating. I do appreciate your trying to help.
