Can’t send messages on Sumsung Z2

Hello,! I can't send message it just show message initializing only.

Hi,

Try removing the SIM card, delete all the stored SMS in the phone. Then, re-insert the SIM card and reboot the phone.

Please let us know if it worked.

It didn't work still it show message initializing
