Hello Arman,
Please note that my husband still cannot get into his phone. It did an update yesterday and he wasn't to retrieve account. His email address was originally registered to his old phone number 718 695-7590 and then he changed his phone number in February 2018 to new phone #631 776-9143.
So he used the same email address raymondrabindranauth@gmail.com for both phones.
Not sure if for some reason his new number wasn't fully registered to 631-776-9143.
Please we need your assistance so he can retrieve his account ASAP.
