Hello,

I have forgotten my gmail account ID that I was using on my old phone. My old is broken and my precious data were saved in the Gmail account. I also can't remember the recovery email address. Kindly help me to recover the Gmail account.

If you do not remember the password, alternate email, or have access to your phone number, you won't be able to recover your account. Please see this article for more information.

We recommend that you create a new Gmail account. Be sure to use an accurate recovery email address to prevent being locked out in the future.
