My keyboard is locked

Hello,

I slept with my Dell latitude laptop on my bed with the top up and now I think I messed up the keyboard. I've tried cleaning it, removing the battery, reinstalling the keyboard driver; but it still doesn't work. The mouse is fine.

System Configuration: Android / Chrome 71.0.3578.98

Hello,

Are you able to select any keys on your laptop keyboard?

Hello Daniel. No. I can't select any key. I'm using the on screen keyboard.

Give this a try Wanja:
1) disconnect A/C power supply,
2) remove battery,
3) press and hold the "power on" button for between 15 to 30 seconds,
4) re-install the battery,
5) re-start the laptop.
