Can't log into my Facebook account [Solved]

Hello,

I am not able to open my Facebook account by using the user name. I don't know the phone number which I kept and I didn't even give my mail id when I created the ID. I tried by the option of forgot password but I am not able to proceed with the further process because it's not showing next step like send SMS to your number or email.

Can anyone help me?
