Hello,
my ipod has a problem this is what happens
i want to put music on my ipod but when i connect it it says connected on the ipod then straight after says ok to disconnect with a loading bar also itunes isn't showing my ipod in itunes and it is charging.
i have a ipod nano

hi,

try to update the version of the iTunes to see if it works.

or contact your local Apple dealer for support. If the iPod needs to be repaired, they will do it for you.
