Trouble downloading Adobe Flash

Hello,

I am having trouble downloading Adobe Flash into my Mac. I have gone into the Apple dowloads center and clicked on the Adobe Flash download, but when I get to that screen, it asks what operating system I'm running. I use the drop-down menu to let it know, but then there's no "continue" button or "download now" button or anything like that. I have tried hitting the return button, but nothing happens. HELP! then your may install it.
