Something Wrong With my motherboard

Hello, i have a bad problem. Few Days ago one of my hard drive port , i think IDE/Sata broked. It was the 1/5 ports is on my MSI motherboard. When i pluged my HDD to another port it dont recognized... When i Connect Old Style HDD its all good. when i go to bios its showing me the Sata drive, but when i wannt to reinstal windows it says that cant find HDD.... Sorry for bad english...

hi,

you need to enable that port in the BIOS settings.

then it will detect the hard disk.
