This is hardly a technical issue, but a criminal one! Contact ypu local authorities amd tell them about the circumstances!
To answer your question, Are you going to appeal to your carrier andamd ask them what your phone records are? Start with your own carrier and be prepared to prove you are the phone owner and they should be able to provide you the list of All numbers called. What you going to do with that? ask to arrest the owner of a phone number? Good luck with that. Be prepared to get court order to have nthe carrier disclose who that owner is! Not going to happen!
