Hello,

When I try to log into Facebook, I get the following message: Unfortunately, you won't be able to access your account while we're reviewing these additional documents.

This account is very important to me because I have some business information in it. Please help to reopen my Facebook ID.

System Configuration: Android / Chrome 71.0.3578.99

Hello,

You have initiated Facebook's recovery process. You will need to be patient and wait for the review to be completed, which typically takes 15 days.

If you have been waiting for much longer, you will need to create a new account.
