Lets look at it like this. there are 1 billion users (not really there is more), and 1% of the users are having the EXACT same issue as you. It takes 1 hour for 1 person to fix a problem. If there were 50 people working and you are last in line;
How long would it take before your issue was next in line?

Still can't solve. I don't know how long wait. It's very hard situation for me
It is ok, it is very complex math:
1 billion = 1,000,000,000 (number of subscribers)
1% of 1 Billion = 10,000,000 (number of subscribers that have same issue)
50 workers taking 1 hour = 50 troubles being cleared per hour
So, we take the number of subscribers and divide it by how many troubles are fixed per hour, which is 50.
That is 10,000,000 divided by 50 = 200,000 hours!
There are 8760 hours in a year!
Facebook actually has over - "As of the third quarter of 2018, Facebook had 2.27 billion monthly active users" (1).
So, do the math if they have 1000 people working it, with 15 minutes to fix! It is still significant time frame!
Cultivate patience my son!
Have FUN!
