LOCKED ACCOUNT. URGENT HELP NEEDED Closed

Good afternoon,

I got locked out of my account last Friday and need your URGENT help to unlock it. I Have tried all the security tests and I have sent messages to all 5 friends for recovery codes from my husband's account but only 1 out of 5 has responded in 7 days. The one that answered is family. They just don't care to help or are scared that I am stalking them because I sent messages to them via my husband account and I fail the friends recognizing photos option. I Have tried all the tips and links provided but nothing works.

The problem arose when I changed my name to as a joke and then tried to change it back without remembering that I had to wait 2 months. I certainly did not think that my account would get locked.

SOMEONE, PLEASE HELP. I AM ONE WEEK LOCKED OUT.

We are not Facebook and have zero influence on Facebook.

You need to be knocking on Facebook's door, not CCM.

You will no doubt end up having to provide a copy of ID.

This process will take time.

Moral of the story is, don't mess around with your name.
