Drive missing

Hello,
This is Mruthyumjaya.

In my hard disk partitons one hard drive not display.
In disk management the missing drive displayed but missing drive properties not change any options (format, change drive letters and path).
When if try that properties these message display continuously.

" the operation failed to complete because the disk management console view is not up to date. Refresh the view by using the refresh task. Of the problem persists close the disk management console, then restart disk management or restart the computer. "

What I do and how to get old data.
