Hello,
I turn on my computer this morning and i found that CPU fan is running and also with the power supply fan. I wait for a second and I find that it is not boot up. I check all cable (VGA cable and Power cable) but still gave me "NO SIGNAL" on the monitor.
Can you help me to fix this please

While its fans are spinning, if you were to press the numlock key, does the keyboard respond by turning a light on or off? If no, it is hung on boot, and may need a technician. Do not statt opening up the machine and "dusting" it because that type of stuff only introduces in more problems if not completed properly. Post back with results of testing for light.
