Monitor light blinking,no display

Hello everyone...
Whenever I switch on my computer, monitor light is just blinking & no display.. I thought it might be because of RAM.. But when I changed my computer's RAM , same problem arises.. And whenever i remove VGA cable from the CPU my monitor just blinks & displays "Cable not connected."
Please someone tell me what to do now...

Ok. Take the ram out and try to boot. does the machine beep or blink lights?

Yes Sir/mam I tried it... But the same problem occurs...

If you did not get a different indication, then the motherboard is bad. When the motherboard POSTs, it should alarm that there is no RAM. The fact that you are not alarmed by the pcbthat there is no RAM, means it is is not POSTing. PoST means Power On Self Test. Take it to a technician to confirm.
