Am not able to receive mails from my gmail account


System Configuration: Android / Chrome 71.0.3578.99

Add a new account to your Gmail by not removing the first one. Now opens the account settings and change the account from the recently added & activated account to the previous old account.

This does nothing to assist the OP. It makes no sense, and accomplishes nothing.

Have you sent yourself an email? How do you know you are not receiving them? if you are expecting an email from a service, did you verify that the email address you entered was correct?
