I cannot access my gmail accounts

Hello,

I have been trying to log into my Gmail account but l failed please can you help. this also applies to my facebook account as well



System Configuration: Windows / Chrome 73.0.3683.103

How should we help? We are CCM.NET, and we do not control email accounts, or social media logins. Which part of the password assistant that those networks provide are ypu having an issue with? Did you register a recovery email for those accounts? If no, there is nothing those networks can do for you either.
