No explorer.exe or iexplorer.exe

Hello,
I haven't seen any next steps for if you do not have the no explorer.exe or no iexplorer.
what's next? I'm going mad....

Just go on your task manager! CTRL + ALT + DEL

Then click on file
New task
type: explorer.exe
