Acer m5 sudden power off

Hello,



I use an Acer laptop. Its M5-581T-6404. It shuts down for no reason. Fully charged alright. At times wen am using it....it enters sleep mode. Now its totally off. Been pressing the power button for hours but it still won't turn on. I unplugged and plugged in the power cord but still. Pls help

Take the battery out, unplug the cord, press and hold the power button for 58 seconds, plug back and enjoy.
