Yahoo doesnt recognize my email

i was using my email just fine up until this morning.
i finished what i had to do and went on my work and later i tried to use it again but it was logged off ( did not logged out my self) and it said that it doesnt recognize my emai.
I cleared my cache/cookies, i even tried to put my phone number but it didnt recognize it.
i also tried to send an email to the non-recognizable account from a different yahoomail i am using and it got back a failure to deliver notice with the following code: This mailbox is disabled (554.30). - mta4013.mail.ne1.yahoo.com


Any help please?

Hi,

This means that Yahoo has disabled the account. If you don't follow Yahoo's Terms, your account will be disabled.

If you think your account was disabled by mistake, try contacting Yahoo here.

it is a mistake, i didnt violate any of Yahoo's Terms, not knowingly, anyway.
As is said, this morning i was going through my emails, in a computer that only i can accesse, next thing you know, my email is gone? By mistake?

You must contact Yahoo to find out why your account has been disabled. Go to their contact form, select Account and type your Yahoo email address.

Next, choose Contact a Yahoo specialist > Abuse and spam > Got a message my account is deactivated > Email a Yahoo specialist.
