Cant access my yahoo mail

Here I would like to tell you that my friend can't access his yahoo mail account. We tried to recover his account by his mobile number but he changed the sim card and he never use those sim card anymore. Please help us get his account back.

Hi,

Tell your friend to try using the Sign-in Helper and enter his Yahoo email address. Then, they will see all of his recovery methods registered on your account.
