recovery of inbox and sent mails in Yahoo account Closed

Dear Sirs,

I did not use my Yahoo mail account for more than 12 months, and when I opened it I couldn't find any mail in the inbox and in sent mail, they were blank pages. I still can open this account with my old user name and password, and still send and receive mails through it. 
How can I recover the mails in the inbox and sent mails in this account?

Hello, try logging into your Yahoo Mail account and going to the settings:

Go to Help
Search Restore lost or deleted emails in the help field.
Then click on Restore lost or deleted emails
Select the Restore help link at the bottom of the article.
There should be a Describe the problem section in the drop-down menu. 
Follow the steps on screen. You will need to enter your name, Yahoo ID etc. 

This should help you restore emails from a specific date that you can enter.


Be aware - it may also not be possible to recover your emails. As a space saving, storage measure, Yahoo could remove emails from accounts that have not been accessed for a considerable amount of time - ie. 1 year.
