Account locked on facebook but not letting me access confirm idenity

Hello,

My account has been locked yet when I try confirm my identity the page does load. I've tried on multiple devices and computers yet every time it says the page is currently unavailable. I've refreshed it over the course of a day and it isnt working.

Any help?

Delete all of your temporary files and cookies and try again.

Done this and got onto the security check and it let me do the photos, I got all them correct but then it went onto the same not able to access screen.
Any help?

Try a different browser, like firefox.

Am going to, but now it's saying I've hit the hour limit thing when I first tried like 4 hours ago - anyone know how long it takes to reset?
