How to merge bank statement into one column

Hello,
how can I merge bank statement credit transaction with debit transaction in excel into one column? Considering credit transaction should be in negative in accordance with accounting

Hi Faisal,

Better keep them separated to do calculations with them. But if you really want to put 2 cell values into 1 cell:
=A2 & " " & B2

If you right click on the column or you can select the required columns and click on merg. Automatically it will be merged.
