I can't access Yahoo email from desktop .

I can't see Yahoo email from desktop but I can see from my Android mobile phone.
The inbox is just blank in desktop and spam mail has been stopped updating since 4/22.
I sent email from this account to my gmail account but couldn't get it delivered.
Later I could see a failure notice mail in my mobile phone yahoo email account.
It says "Failed to retrieve XOAUTH2".
I am still able to send email to the same gmail account by using my mobile account though.
What can I do?
