My personal facebook account disabled

Hello,
I have been trying to help my friend gain access to her facebook account. She purchased a new phone, and also has a new telephone.
She does not remember her password to the facebook account, and the email password, so they disabled her facebook account. They have been sending facebook codes to an email account they she does not remember the password. I was able to change the phone number on facebook, but unable to change the new email. How do I contact facebook with the new information. She would like to keep her old facebook account
