Create a Call Center

Hello everyone,

I'd like to create a call center where I can receive our customers calls and redirect them to another service. Someone told me about Eyebeam but I don't know to connect a landline number to a softphone on computer and use it.
If anyone can help, thanks

Eyebeam has ceased to exist since May 2009.
