Audio problem

Hello,

I am using Asus Laptop FX504GE. Suddenly sound is not working. I uninstalled and reinstalled the audio software. Still no. But heaphone is working. Please help.

If the audio works with the headphones it's not a sound card issue, more likely that the connection from the sound card to the speakers is faulty or the laptop does not detect when the headphones are unplugged. Best to see a hands-on technician.
