Cant access Yahoo account

It's been over ten years since I last accessed my yahoo account.
I don't have a recovery email and I do not have a mobile listed on the account even though it says I do.
I need to access this email account as its the email account I use to access FB.

PS: The article that has been sent around does not help in this situation.

Hi

After 12 months of inactivity Yahoo deletes inactive accounts. Sorry but your Yahoo account no longer exists.
