E-mail access

Hello,
for a week or more now, I log into my Explorer then hit my hot mail it goes to ASK.com click on sign-in or what ever I think will give me answers. Nothing get me into my E-mail. I am getting sick of it, and I am considering going to another server. Enough is 'Enough.
