My I.D. to verify profile wasn´t accepted because facebook's name is shorted

So how can explain this, when I created my facebook I chose to short my name from Vanessa Alexandra Soares Pinto da Costa Gomes to VAS PCG and now facebook asks me to verify my account and when I send my I.D. they don't accept it. Please I need your help to unlock my account, I can prove that I'm the owner in many ways, photos, passwords, docs, my facebook friends etc. I hope u can solve this for me, best regards.
