Hello, despite the game being called Grand Theft Auto, it wasn't actually possible to unlock, locked car doors in GTA San Andreas.

- If you have a tow truck or a tractor, you can tow the locked car to a safe house, and park it in the garage and let the door close. It should then unlock the car.
- If you don't have a tow truck or tractor handy, but the car is one that spawns in that same location always, you can blow it up. Drive around and come back and hope it re-spawns unlocked.
