Hello, 
I'm Jerry.  I was robbed and someone took my backpack with many things in it including my old phone and iPad.  I don't remember any of my account passwords and the email I used when I created the account is no longer in existence.  I can't receive a code to help reset my password.  Can you help? I appreciate what you can do.
