First try to restart it under Safe mode, press F8 at startup, and see what happens, from there follow the steps below:
Download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and save it on desktop.
http://ccm.net/telecharger/telecharger 105 malwarebytes anti malware
Once download complete, close all programs and .double-click on the mbam-setup.exe icon, to install it.
Its important that you don't make any changes to default settings and leave Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware checked ( in order that the software automatically starts and update, once installation is completed . Then click on the Finish button.
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware will now automatically start and you will see a message stating that you should update the program before performing a scan. As MBAM will automatically update itself after the install, you can press the OK button to close that box and you will now be at the main program as shown below.
Once the program opens make a quick scan (Perform quick scan option )and then click on the Scan button to start scanning your computer for MalwareDoc related files.
Wait until scan is completed/ reboot your PC whem prompted to do so and it should be fine.
In the case that doesn't work better re-install Windows.
