Recover old fb account

Hello,
i am trying to get into old fb account. it is under email address i do not have anymore. created new account with current email. I no longer have friends list and have lost status of games i play in new account . lease help and advise to get into old account again

Hi,

Go to the recovery page for Facebook accounts. Enter the email, phone number or username associated with your old account and click Search.

When your account appears in the list, click This Is My Account. Then select one of your recovery option to reset the password. If you don't have access, click No longer have access to these.
