Keyboard scrolling problem

Hello,

System Configuration: Windows / Chrome 78.0.3904.70

I have vaio laptop and my screen is scrolling downwards without pressing arrow key.

Hi,

Uninstall the keyboard driver and restart your laptop. After restarting, it will automatically reinstall the driver.
