Go to Gmail sign in. Then wrote your Gmail account. When it demands a password. An option on the left shows "forget password". Click to " Forget password". Then chose the option of sending you the verification code of your code by text message at your number on your mobile phone. After some seconds you receive the code. Take this code and put it into, where Gmail shows. Now, make a new password and use your Gmail with no restriction. Make a strong password and learn it by heart.
