FB wants to send a verification code to an old number

Hello,

I was logged out of my FB account and it is now asking to enter a confirmation code for a security check to a old telephone number I no longer have. I can’t find an email for FB to send them an email regarding this matter.

Does anyone know what to do in this situation?
