I have confirmed my identity but they are taking so much time to review

Hello,
it's been nearly a month. i have send them an image of my national id card but it keeps showing "sorry you can't access to your account while reviewing this additional files.
i don't know what to do now.

Facebook may take a while to review the documents you have submitted and confirm your identity. You must wait.

I've been waiting for 17 days. How long does it takes normally?

It depends for each user. Facebook may take from a few weeks to a few months.
