Hello,
My account is stuck on "We’re reviewing your info' from last week. I cant login to my account and can not appeal for my decision cos it asks to verify your account from Instagram which I can not login. Can somebody help with that?

Hi,
This message means that Instagram is currently reviewing your account and during the process, your account can't be used. You may have to wait a few weeks before their review is completed.
Here's also an article on how long does it take to review an account. The article mentions Facebook, but it also applies to Instagram as they're part of the same company.
