Attempting to read media issue

Hello,

Whenever I want to play a movie on my Xbox, the movie works for about 20 minutes and then the “attempting to read media” thing shows up and it keeps glitching...
can anyone help me??

System Configuration: iPhone / Safari 13.0.5
