Hi Mg Kyaw Moe Naing,
Are you trying to format the drive? Please check if the drive is still write protected, when connected to another PC. If so, run the Command Prompt as an Administrator and type the following commands:
Diskpart
List disk
Select disk n (n must be drive’s number)
Attributes disk clear readonly
Exit
Try to access your data. If another error appears use a data recovery tool and try to save your data. If all is backed up, try to format the drive.
