Hello, is this a laptop keyboard (integrated) or separate keyboard?
If it is a separate device, try checking to see if there isn't something physically stuck underneath the keys. You should be able to remove the keys individually (carefully) and clean then them with an air compressor (or by just blowing very hard), to dislodge any blockage / dirt.
