                    Hello, from the post in this forum, you can add the toolbar using these steps.
1) Downloaded x64 Version
2) Elevated Command Prompt
I opened WMP and minimized it but the toolbar wasn't there. I then placed the wmpband.dll in the (x86) WMP Folder and it was there. So it needs to go in both folders at least on W10.

- net stop WMPNetworkSvc
- regsvr32 "%ProgramFiles%\Windows Media Player\wmpband.dll"
- net start WMPNetworkSvc

From another post I saw all I had to do was press the ALT key and that brought up the menu.
Sorry, your reply was much too technical for me to understand. I am a total beginner to WMP other than playing an occasional DVD or CD.
I am trying to figure out how to move all my music from Itunes to something else - I am looking at musicbee.
