Hello,
I have a hp pavilion laptop, power turns on, the fan is running at extra ordinarily high speed, but the screen doesn't turn on, in short it doesn't boot. I've tried below things :
1. Re seating the RAM plus all connectors.
2. Changing the RAM slot.
3. Blown dust from the motherboard
4.Re seat the cmos
All haven't solved my problem. Please help thanks.

Hello, have you tried this?

1. Disconnect everything
2. Unplug power
3. Push 2-3 times the start button to eliminate remaining current
4. Reconnect everything
5. Push the start button

Its hard to diagnose / troubleshoot at a distance. It does sound like it could be a motherboard issue.

Does your laptop beep at all?

If the laptop beeps:
  • This is a hardware problem!

If the laptop doesn't beep:
  • This is a major hardware problem! Either the motherboard or processor (CPU) is out of order. It will be necessary to try the processor on another motherboard to

Have you tried starting up in Safe Mode (here's how to start a PC in safe mode).

I cant do the safe mode startup because i have a black screen, however When I started the laptop without RAM memory, it had a continuous beep which confirmed that the motherboard is ok.The other option I wanted to explore is trying another RAM.
Thanks
