Hello, I recommend that you contact Snap Homeworks customer care directly, as they will be better equipped to help you with this specific issue.
I would also contact your teacher and inform them that you are having difficulty accessing their images (so they don't penalise you for not doing the work).
It is also possible that your teacher has made a mistake and not uploaded the files correctly. If other students are having the same problem it could be this.
