No access to my old phone number

Hello,

I have no access to my old phone.what can I do to be able to access my account. They are sending verification to my old phone no.

System Configuration: Android / Chrome 74.0.3729.136

You can also use your email id to access the phone if you associate any email id to the phone.

You can buy a new sim with the same number blocking the older one. Then you can access all your accounts and can logout from any other devices if you have logged in anywhere after changing the passwords.
