Facebook code not received on phone, continued lock out

I am completely frustrated regarding not receiving the code via text going on 2 days.
Can't seem to change any kind of setting so I can get the code emailed to me. I need step by step help. Have no idea why I even have to go thru all this. I have NOT posted anything of concern or where my account should be shut down. I need help please since Facebook could give a F
